  4. All Rates / Prices do not include Operator Fee.  
  5. Standard Operation Hours : 8 hours/day, 240 hours/month.  
  6. Overtime more than standard Operation Hour will be charged.  
  7. For Rental more than 30 days, "Monthly" will be applied.  
  8. Payment : Discuss before rental.
